Más alemanes amigos de Eufonia. Sin duda Alemania es una cantera impresionante hoy en día. Desde Reutlingen nos llega Aris, el proyecto de los hermanos Sven y Carsten Gallinsky que tocan componen y producen Rain Dries con la ayuda esporádica de algunos otros musicos. Además, esta obra fue grabada en su totalidad en los prestigiosos ARTist Tonstudios de Pfullingen.

Instalados por completo en el movimiento de AOR (rock orientado a adultos), los hermanos Gallinsky crean una atmósfera suave, principalmente de teclados, para entregarnos una colección de canciones bien construidas. En su mayor parte, las canciones son relajadas con un aura romántica y melódica. No podría pensar en un grupo que suene como ellos (solo por proveer referencias), aunque la voz de Sven me recuerda al tío ese que cantaba con Depeche Mode. Es difícil encontrar una canción que esté por encima de las demas, pero aun así yo me quedo con Moonlight por sus arreglos elaborados y con Friendly Face por su agresivo guitarreo (Hey! Deberian incluir más de esos).

El dia de hoy es frío, y estoy saboreando este disco con un buen chocolate caliente. Les recomiendo esta combinación.

More german friends of Eufonia. No doubt, Germany is an impressive musical site nowadays. From Reutlingen comes Aris: brothers Sven and Carsten Gallinsky‘s project. They play, compose and produce Rain Dries whit some help from other musicians. Besides, this work was totally recorded at the prestigious ARTist Tonstudios at Pfullingen.

Part of the AOR (Adult Oriented Rock) movement, the Gallinsky brothers create a soft atmosphere, based mainly on keyboards, to bring us a collection of well constructed songs. Mostly, the songs are relaxed, with a romantic and melodic aura. Although Sven‘s voice recalls that guy from Depeche Mode, I can’t think of another band that sounds like Aris. It’s hard to find a song in the album that could stand above the others, but my favorites are Moonlight because of the elaborated keyboards arrangements and Friendly Face because of the aggressive guitars (Hey! you guys should use more of those).

Today’s cold, and I’m listening this tasty CD with good hot chocolate: It’s a good combination, try it.
