French Progressive Rock Band NIL new CD NIL NOVO SUB SOLE will be released on UNICORN DIGITAL August first 2005.
On their new CD NIL NOVO SUB SOLE, first release on UNICORN, NIL offers great progressive rock pieces that sometimes remind us of the great instrumental prog of TALISMA and SPACED OUT adorned with the beautiful voice of Roselyne Berthet.
Created by Benjamin Croizy (keyboards), David Maurin (guitars and flute), Samuel Maurin (basses and Stick) and Frank Niebel (drums), NIL was named like this in 1999. After two confidential CDs, the band reached a higher level with «Quarante jours sur le Sinaï (Fourty days on the Sinaï)», an ambitious concept-album, acclaimed by many reviewers, thus giving the band an international visibility. Till now mostly instrumental, Roselyne Berthet added her voice to NIL’s music, before actually joining the band in 2002. The live DVD «Gouveia Art Rock Festival 2003», issued last year, permitted to offer in preview some new compositions taken from the long-waited new album : «NIL NOVO SUB SOLE». The album was mastered by Richard Addison at Trillium Sound Studios.

El primero de Agosto de 2005 se publica el nuevo CD de la banda francesa de rock progresivo NIL «Nil Novo Sub Sole».
En esta primera entrega en el sello Unicorn Records, NIL entrega buenas piezas de progresivo que por momentos recuerda el gran prog instrumental de TALISMA y de SPACED OUT adornado por la bella voz de Roselyne Berthet.
Creada por Benjamin Croizy (teclados), David Maurin (guitarra y flatua), Samuel Maurin (bajos y stick) y Frank Niebel (batería), NIL fue bautizado así en 1999. Después de dos CD’s «confidenciales», la banda alcanzó uno de sus niveles más altos con «Quarante Jours Sur Le Sinaï (Cuarenta Días En EL Sinaí)», un ambicioso album conceptual. Aclamado por muchos críticos, dió a la banda visibilidad internacional. Hasta ahora casi completamente instrumental, Roselyne Berthet agrega su voz a la música de NIL, antes de formar parte de la banda en 2002. El DVD en vivo «Gouveia Art Rock Festival 2003» lanzado el año pasado, permitió ver algunas composiciones nuevas tomadas del esperado nuevo album «Nil Novo Sub Sole». Este album fue masterizado por Richard Adisson en Trillium Sound Studios.
